Club Spins

Group spins form the bedrock of club activity with our spin groups (six in total) heading out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays over the summer. Over the winter months our official club spins take place on Sundays only.

Sunday spins start from Naomh Barróg GAA Club.

Summer spins build up to 4-5 hours and start at 8 am.

Winter spins start at 9 am and take 3-4 hours.

Thursday spins start from the Marine Hotel in Sutton at 7:00 pm.

This is usually a member-led “hill-rep” session on Howth and takes about 2 hours.

Summer only.

Tuesday spin routes are varied depending on ability.

Meeting at Naomh Barróg GAA Club at 7:00 pm and head for a loop of North County Dublin.

A few times per year, we mix up the spin groups and cycleat a pace that suits everyone. 

The main focus on these spins is conversation, coffee and some local café culture.

Club activity is organised via Viber. Information on Sunday spins is also posted to our Facebook group on Friday evenings.
